If you are convicted of Driving Under the Influence, you will most likely be required to undergo a DUI Screening & Evaluation. Usually, this consists of a substance abuse screening to determine the extent of your involvement with alcohol or drugs or both. You may also have to undergo a comprehensive alcohol or drug education and/or treatment depending on the outcome of the initial screening.

While a DUI Screening & Evaluations is ultimately for your benefit, it can be frightening to be asked to undergo this type of screening. We will guide you and help you understand what to expect so you can be as prepared as possible.

We are here to help you resolve your DUI and to help you avoid future incidents, and for you to comply with the Court and Arizona DMV requirements.

• Requirement: 16 hours
• 2 - 8-hour sessions are required
• Held once a month on 2 consecutive days

• Requirement: 20 hours
• 10 - 2-hour sessions are required
• Sessions are on Thursdays
  • 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

• Requirement: 39 hours
• 26 - 1.5-hours sessions are required
• Sessions are on Tuesday
• Women's DV
  • 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Men's DV
  • 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
